Rosebank Farms’ Kitchen

With all the confusion of when we are open, website under construction and inaccuracies on Google listing sites. I am here to tell you, with the help of Deb (thank you. Rosebank Farms will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm until she says different! The Farm has been hard Farming and The Kitchen has been hard Kitchening.
People always ask me what we do in the winter, my answer, we work. The winter crops on the farm look great and The Kitchen has been busy canning Artichoke Pickle, Fig Compote and Blueberry Lemon Preserves. More goodies to come from our canning division, we got bills to pay ya know!
Deviled eggs, chicken salad, Kat’s dressing, dips and spread will be available, bare with us on availability until we figure out what we need for a three day week.
Soups for the week are butternut squash, corned beef and Sidi’s
cabbage, Rosebank’s fish stew and mushroom bisque. I’m still working on a chicken soup, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
