I know I’m repeating myself, but The Man, The Influencer or whatever you may refer to him as, ( his dining companion has a plethora of expletives she uses in the small window of time during supper ) has pulled it off again. Your backyard, our farm is truly amazing. Through the thick and thin, weather, mechanical issues, personnel issues, physical impairments, we once again have beautiful table fair for Thanksgiving.
He will tell you, it’s because of him! The Circus has all sorts of acts and he may be the ringleader, but a lot of people work their asses off to make Rosebank Farm’s what it is. Thank all of you for helping make Rosebank Rosebank.
The Kitchen will be hard at with White Bean Chicken Chili, Kat’s Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque, Rosebank’s Fish Stew, and Vegetable Beef Soup. I’m not quite sure about this weeks pasta dish, but Kat will come up with something very good as usual.
This weeks entree is Hoisin Glazed Salmon over Sidi’s Gai lan (Chinese Broccoli). I’ve had a hankering, therefore we shall eat.
If anyone has tried the Vegetable Lasagna please email with a critique, I love constructive criticism, I must, but not too much ! Lets us know what you want, I’m all ears.
The Baker’s are baking, what else can I say.
