The Kitchens is ramping up for The Stand to be open seven days a week starting Friday March 15th, hours will be 10:00 to 5:00 daily. No more driving through the parking lot with the look of disappointment. Some of us may even be there with bells on!
Thanks for your support and patience during our three day a week season.
Now to the groceries.
- Soups varieties to satisfy all, we hope.
- Asparagus Bisque
- Curried Cauliflower Coconut (gluten and dairy free)
- Light Chicken Soup with Sidi’s Rainbow Chard and Carrots
- Chicken Okra and Andouille Sausage Gumbo for Mardi Gras
- Rosebank’s Fish Stew sans the bacon for Lent (on Friday)
Entree’s for the week.
- Meatless Shiitake and Oyster Mushroom Stroganoff over Egg Noodles
- Fresh Norwegian Salmon Croquettes served with Sidi’s Kale Lemon Caper Basmati Pilaf
Of course we have our regular staples of Chicken Enchiladas with Salsa Verde, Vegetable Lasagna and Kat’s Beef Lasagna.
