Rosebank Farms’ Kitchen
February 27, 2025

Groundhog Day has come and gone. He has seen his shadow, six more weeks of winter. It does not seem like it this week. March is on our doorstep and we all know in like a lion, out like a lamb. Let’s just enjoy this weather while we can!

Featured this week at Rosebank Farms are ailing bodies and minds. Lucy, where are you ? Your Psychiatric Booth, Mr. Schulz sketched you in has been sitting vacant and we need answers.

Soups:

  • Kat’s French Onion(add your own baguette and Gruyère) just wouldn’t travel well if we did it)
  • Jewish Penicillin(my very own with egg noodles of course)
  • Southwest meets Southeast Chicken Soup( it’s very good with a hint off spice and speckled butter beans to bring it home)
  • Rosebank’s Fish Stew

Entrées:

  • Sidi’s Sautéed Chard with lemon zest and a touch of garlic over Bertolini’s fresh pappardelle (vegetarian and The Influencer wants to see more green, his greens)
  • Rosebank’s Chicken Pot Pie with Buttermilk Biscuits
  • Chicken Enchiladas with Salsa Verde(fresh and frozen)
  • Rosebank’s Beef Lasagna (ground chuck, imported Ricotta Insalata, Kat’s Marinara and Bertolini’s fresh pasta sheets available in the freezer only)

Thank y’all for everything, we can’t do it without you.
Jonathan
